Can you cancel a campaign once done?
If your campaign has not been sent out, your campaign can most definitely be changed or canceled. Unless of course it has been sent across to customers, then nothing can be done regarding the same.
Is canceling a campaign a good idea?
If you feel like your campaign is lacking details that can bring in extra points from the customer, editing is easier. If there are major changes that can affect your overall email performance, then feel free to cancel your campaign. It could help you put things in perspective and help you centralize and focus your content.
How can you cancel a campaign?
STEP 1:
Log in to your homepage and click on the emails tab. On the left-hand side, you will see a tab called campaigns. This tab will lead to the page that contains all the details of all your campaigns.
STEP 2:
Under the column called actions, click on the three dots in a row. You will get the option to copy or delete. Click on delete.
STEP 3:
You will get a confirmation message on your screen to permanently delete. Clicking on yes will further act as a cancellation of that particular campaign.
