While you cannot make a change to the emails that have been sent, you can cancel your campaign when scheduled or in the process of sending.
You can then clone your campaign and make any necessary adjustments and re-send to either all recipients or those who did not receive the first, canceled email.
You also have the option of editing your campaign during the time period before the scheduled time. When you click the edit tab below, it takes you to a page where you will be able to edit ver specific parts of your campaign. You can see all your active and inactive campaigns, on the tab called ’email’.
You should be able to edit the recipients, the setup, and even your template. Emailwish truly does make it simple for you!
