The following steps, when followed, will guide you through manually adding a contact on to a particular segment.
STEP 1: Once you go to the emails tab after you log in, on the left-hand side you will see a tab known as lists.
STEP 2: When you click on the lists you will see all your existing lists.
STEP 3: When you decide which list you want to add the contact to, you can click the icon that has a plus sign next to an animated human.
STEP 4: Once you click on the icon you will be taken to a page where you can add the details of the customer. Once done you can click save and you’re done!
