What do you see once you have login access?

Once we get started, every client is given login access to the EmailWish dashboard. The dashboard helps you organize and view the data of your email campaigns and automations. This helps you get a better understanding of the reach of your email marketing. It also helps you focus on aspects that you need to improve and helps increase your revenue as well.  Your dashboard contains a lot of information. The following pictures and information should help make more sense of it.  It should be noted that the following information is just a sample. 

The first page is the first tab where you will see is the home page. the home page has the following information

1. Analytics: This helps you see your real-time performance. it is usually shown in graphical representation, to give you a visual aid to your statistics.

2. Reviews and Chat: The reviews you see on the home page are mostly reviews of customers. The chat helps you connect to your customers on a one-on-one level. which also increases the image value of your company.  So essentially this helps you see the opinions of your customers. and the reviews that they leave on your website.

3. Sales breakdown: This helps you see the details of which campaign brought in how much revenue and data. In your sales breakdown area, you can see the email title, click rate, open rate, conversion, total sales, and status. This gives you an overall view of which campaigns are working for you. and which ones are not. In turn, this also helps you understand your own marketing strategy better, and can help you improve them.

4. Suggestions and Inbox: Suggestions are tips given by Emailwish that will help you improve your email marketing game. Your inbox will show you your incoming and outgoing emails which will help you communicate with your clients directly through Emailwish.

The second tab is the email tab. 

1. Here you can see your top 5 campaigns that are open, the number of clicks you’ve gotten for those campaigns, and the specific links clicked within the campaigns.
2. You can also see the credit used which shows the Emailwish credit that you have used up until now and how much you have left. and your sales data. Both of which help you see exactly how well your product is doing through email marketing.

The third tab is the chats tab. 

You can see your chats with customers and manage them as well. On the right-hand side, you can also see chat agents that you can hire who will help you manage your chats and conversations with your customers.

The fourth tab is your reviews tab

This tab shows you all the reviews you have received from your customers. You also have the option of editing and deleting reviews according to your preference.

The fifth tab is your popups tab. 

This tab helps you see your popups, with detailed information such as responses to your popup, status of your popup. as in whether it is active or deactivates, and actions you can take for your popup, like deleting it, editing it or changing the settings.
